How to eat	[Cold brewing] Put a tea bag in your water bottle or reusable bottle and pour in water. (As a guideline, for a 500ml bottle, leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes and then shake, or leave it for about an hour.) [Hot water brewing] Place the teabag in a teapot or mug and pour in boiling water (a good rule of thumb is about 2 minutes for 100-400ml). [Boil it] Put the tea bag in water, heat it, and after it boils, simmer it on low heat. (The guideline is about 5 minutes for 500-900ml.)
