How to enjoy Birth
[When drinking hot (hot water extraction)]
Step 1: Preheat the cup
To prevent the temperature from dropping when pouring into the cup and to preserve the aroma and flavor, warm the cup beforehand.
<Tip> It is recommended to choose transparent tea utensils so you can enjoy the colors and tea leaves.
Step 2: Put tea leaves into the teapot, cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Add about 1 to 2 teaspoons and pour in boiling water.
(Be sure to add boiling water to extract the active ingredients.)
Extraction should take at least 3 minutes.
<Point> It is important to always put the lid on the teapot to keep the heat in and to prevent volatile active ingredients from escaping.
Step 3: Pour into a cup and it's done
The last drop is the best drip, and is the most delicious part, packed with the flavor and ingredients of herbal tea. Please enjoy pouring it into your cup until the last drop.
<Tip> Stir with a teaspoon before pouring to keep the consistency and flavor consistent.
One of the pleasures of herbal tea is enjoying the aroma of the herbs.
Please enjoy the pleasant aroma of "Birth" while it steeps for 3 minutes.
[When drinking iced (hot water extraction)]
Step 1: Put tea leaves into the teapot, cover and let steep for 3 minutes.
Add about 1 to 2 teaspoons of tea, then pour boiling water until it is about half full of teapot, and brew it slightly stronger.
(Be sure to add boiling water to extract the active ingredients.)
Extraction should take at least 3 minutes.
<Point> It is important to always put the lid on the teapot to keep the heat in and to prevent volatile active ingredients from escaping.
Also, by making the tea strong, the flavor will not be diluted even when the ice melts, so it will still taste delicious.
Step 2: Pour into a glass and serve.
Pour into a heat-resistant glass filled with ice and it's ready.
[When drinking from cold water]
Step 1: Put the tea leaves into the pot
If you are using tea leaves, add about 4g of tea leaves per liter of water. If you are using tea bags, add 2 tea bags to a little less than 1 liter of water.
Step 2: Place in the refrigerator for 5 to 6 hours and it's done.
It takes some time to brew, so we recommend making it the day before you want to drink it.
<Point> We recommend using mineral water or purified water (room temperature or cold water) for cold brewing.
If you use tap water, boil it in a kettle for 5 minutes and then let it cool. This will remove the chlorine and allow you to enjoy delicious cold brew using your household tap water.
